About
Ingrid Henry holds a PhD in Biotechnology from NTNU, specialising in water treatment and process optimisation. She brings broad scientific and industrial experience from both research and operations, with a focus on biological nitrogen removal, water quality, and systems analysis in RAS facilities. Ingrid has also developed and taught a range of specialised water treatment courses for international organisations, and has authored several major publications in the field. She is responsible for course development and training, course portfolio management, course delivery, e-learning, and specialist advisory services in microbiology.
Svein Martinsen holds a Master's degree in Biology/Aquaculture, with additional specialization in Technology Management from NTNU. Svein has more than 20 years of experience as a technical manager in the aquaculture industry and as a researcher specializing in land-based aquaculture and Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) technology. He has served as both Operations Manager and Managing Director for companies engaged in land-based fish farming. His responsibilities include feasibility studies, aquaculture license applications, environmental reporting, technology development, and the development of new innovations.
